At Queen of Hearts Training, we believe lifesaving skills should be simple, practical, and accessible to everyone. Based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, we provide expert CPR, first aid, and health-related training tailored for families, workplaces, and community groups.

Founded by Victoria Payne, a passionate Nurse Educator with 30 years of experience in Critical Care & Education, Queen of Hearts brings heart, humour, and hands-on learning to every session.

Whether you’re a parent wanting to learn baby first aid, a business needing group CPR certification, or an NDIS provider seeking high-intensity support skills training—we come to you. We’re a fully mobile service, delivering flexible, engaging training on-site across the region.

Our courses are nationally recognised, fully accredited, and delivered using high fidelity simulation combined with real-world experience.

Victoria Payne

Queen of Hearts founder Victoria Payne has over 25 years’ experience in the healthcare industry as a Critical Care Nurse and Nurse Educator. She is an industry expert and leader in her field. Drawing on a wealth of experience ranging from teaching indigenous children and families in remote communities to working in large trauma centres throughout the country, she is able to deliver training which is stimulating and engaging for both individuals and organisations.

Victoria's passion, knowledge, and experience will be evident when you choose a course with Queen of Hearts CPR and First Aid Training.
